Your key tasks will include:Ensuring smooth influencer campaign execution and communicationVetting influencers for brand safety, audience fit, and complianceManaging influencer communication during vetting and content reviewsReviewing and approving influencer content in line with brand guidelinesTracking campaign timelines and keeping internal teams updatedOrganizing campaign content and providing administrative supportWhat You’ll BringAdvanced English proficiency (C1 level)Familiarity or experience in marketing, especially influencer marketingKnowledge of U.S. social media trends and platformsStrong written communication skills (especially via email)Creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset Bonus Points ForExperience in influencer/creator operations or related marketing rolesFamiliarity with project management tools such as Monday.comProficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and SlackA proactive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and growWorking ConditionsMust have a secure, quiet workspace with internet speeds of at least 25 MbpsUse of a personal computer is required during the onboarding periodFlexibility to align with U.S. Eastern Time during Daylight SavingsReady to Apply?We’re excited to meet you.
