About the Opportunity:
- We are currently looking for a skilled Junior Property Accountant to a well-respected and influential leader in the senior living industry based in Braintree, MA
- A trusted leader among residents and their families, healthcare professionals, employees, not-for-profit clients, and investor partners
- You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions including financial statement preparation and analysis, budget, and variance issues
Junior Property Accountant Responsibilities:
- Process payroll journal entries, accruals, prepaid, and all tasks related to month-end
- Preparation of monthly financial reports for assigned portfolio of properties for partners
- Assist in year-end audits with outside auditors
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Junior Property Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficient with Yardi
- Experience in Property Accounting preferred
