Proactively support the tracking status of projects and report results to management
Assist in collecting and organizing project materials following a user-friendly file organizational system
Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Utilize Project Management software (Asana preferred) to manage projects effectively
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in tracking and reporting project progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related field
Proficiency in using Project Management software, with experience in Asana preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Certification in Project Management
Experience working with government agencies or in the Occupational Safety and Health industry
