Junior Processor

Position Summary:

The Junior Processor assists the Processors with obtaining loan documents, credit documents, third party verifications, follow up of verifications, and set up of loan files for processing.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan application.

• Assemble and compile documents for loan closings, such as title abstracts, insurance forms, loans, forms, and tax receipts.

• Logging new loans.

• Uploading loan documents and third party verification in to the loan file in computer.

• Assist in preparing stipulation file/requirements and reviewing with Originator.

• Verify confidentiality is secure by keeping drawers and sensitive information in locked drawers/cabinets.

Required Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.

• This position may require occasional overtime and travel.

• Additional tasks as assigned.

The range provided reflects the expected compensation for this role and is considered a general guideline. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience assessed during the interview process, and internal pay equity. Compensation may also include incentives such as per-file bonuses and discretionary bonuses as applicable to the role.
