TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice What We'll Bring:The junior process owner is responsible for assisting with the management of a set of like capabilities globally that support TransUnion business customers or internal business partners. The junior process owner will be a key point of contact between the technology team, journey owner and operations stakeholders. This individual will help deliver the roadmap for their capability set to provide maximum value while remaining synchronized with the overall operations strategy. This associate will be responsible for successfully delivering small-to-medium projects and change initiatives, which may include stakeholder management for a select group of processes.This individual will work within multiple evolving development methodologies including iterative Agile and sequential Waterfall programs and projects. The junior process owner will serve as the day-to-day point-of-contact, providing continual business guidance to the development teams based on input and alignment with the journey owner. The junior process owner will assist with prioritizing the execution team's work so that it aligns with the journey owner and/or business unit strategies. This associate will help manage and orchestrate activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements while also validating metrics as appropriate for methodology and enterprise controls.What You'll Bring:What You'll Bring: Ability to understand and communicate cross-functional initiatives and technologies to business stakeholders (which includes team members throughout TransUnion).Experience with Salesforce requirements gathering or willingness to learn Salesforce standards.Ability to clearly articulate business needs and goals and to help establish priorities across multiple business stakeholders.Understanding of the full software development lifecycle or ability to gain, ability to deliver in an agile environment.Ability to achieve Salesforce certifications.Impact You'll Make:Impact You'll Make: Serve as the team's conduit to the journey owner or internal business partner(s). Works with multiple business, IT and product stakeholders. Works comfortably with mid-level stakeholders at the department or regional level.Partners with sponsors, stakeholders and IT to facilitate, define and document relevant business processes, use cases and requirements in support of small-to-medium projects and change initiatives.Communicates status and questions back to journey owners. Works with the SCRUM/Kanban team in planning and execution of their work in alignment with journey owner priorities.Helps identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign or development of new processes/policies.Provides support in managing, prioritizing and assessing the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, etc., including providing input into the decision to create, fix or defer at the project level.Reviews and helps influence the acceptance or deferment and priority of feedback and new requirements from stakeholders.Assists with preparing the business for the change and arms them with tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption and risk.Work with development and operational teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the process and how it aligns to the journeys.Act as an ambassador for the process internally and as one of the key contacts for queries related to the process.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.TransUnion Job Title Sr Analyst, Customer ExperienceEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
