Immediate Hiring – Junior PMO Analyst / Cyber Program Support
We have an urgent opening for a Junior PMO Analyst to support the Cyber Modernization Program. Local to Kansas is preferred, but candidates from Central Time Zone (CST) locations may also be considered.
Job Title: Junior PMO Analyst / Cyber Program Support
Location: Topeka, Kansas (Remote – travel to client location if required)
Experience: 10+ Years
Visa: US Citizens only (Client requirement)
Role Summary:
The Junior PMO Analyst will support documentation, reporting, tracking, and coordination across multiple cybersecurity modernization program workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain program documentation (RAIDs, schedules, dependencies, dashboards)
• Track risks, action items, and blockers across projects
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and meeting notes
• Assist with project reporting and progress summaries
• Support financial tracking, resource allocation, and timeline updates
• Prepare weekly dashboards for senior PMs and CISO
• Provide ad hoc support across identity, SOC, AI, and SIEM initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of PMO or project coordination experience
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity or IT concepts (training acceptable)
• Ability to support multiple project streams simultaneously
• Clear communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
