We are looking to hire a talented PHP developer to work with our full stack PHP development, and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and the user interface. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all the full stack logic which includes modifying and enhancing existing UIs matched by the backend interactions with the business logic and the database. To ensure success as a PHP developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of MVC architecture, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. Ultimately, a top-level PHP Developer can design and build efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies. You will also need the ability to work with a distributed team and attend daily meetings. Strong communication skills, a desire to learn the existing Application capabilities, and self-motivation are a must. Responsibilities Design and implement software architecture for critical new products and new feature sets Develop and deploy new features Write “clean”, well-designed code Troubleshoot and optimize the core product software and database Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle Follow industry best practices as well as company programming policies and standard Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and product teams Participate in knowledge sharing among the team Requirements Proven software development experience in PHP (2+ years) Deep Understanding of PHP frameworks, object oriented programming, and MVC Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and developing web services Strongly collaborative and effective in a cross-functional environment Willingness and ability to own key parts of the product, end-to-end Knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques Design experience in breaking down roadmap epics into designs that can be implemented by small teams of developers Excellent communication skills Ability to present complicated concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical audiences Preferred PHP 8 CodeIgniter 4 Smarty Templates TestCafe Experience with using GitHub CoPilot or other AI Powered Coding Assistance tools Benefits: Hybrid Modality Leadership and career development opportunities Free major medical for employee and dependents Free Emergency abroad insurance Free Dental insurance Life insurance Paid holidays Christmas Bonus Vacation Premium Savings fund contribution 13% of month gross base salary up to federal maximum Restaurant Card contribution 10% of month gross base salary up to federal maximum Grocery Ticket contribution 10% of month gross base salary up to federal maximum Wellness stipend up to 1000 MXP per month The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
