Scope of support may include:
Managing and executing communications across channels (email, social media, website, and campaigns)
Supporting marketing and communications for programs, events, and key initiatives
Translating strategy, impact, and program updates into clear, compelling content
Ensuring consistency in voice, brand, and messaging
Coordinating with internal staff and external vendors as needed
Copywriting Services
Writing Social Media posts that highlight WRISE’s programs, events, initiatives, and partnerships across platforms.
Developing clear, impactful press releases to announce key events, initiatives, and organizational updates.
Crafting targeted email communications for outreach, sponsorship drives, and event promotion.
Creating concise and professional messaging for marketing and event materials and collators.
Creative Services
Designing compelling Social Media visuals to enhance the effectiveness of WRISE’s online presence.
Designing visually appealing templates to engage recipients and maintain a professional brand image.
Producing creative assets such as banners, backdrops, and event signage to enhance event experiences.
Creating impactful videos for marketing campaigns, event promotions, and organizational milestones.
Designing print and digital materials to support outreach and engagement efforts.
Digital Services
Monitoring Social Media platforms to engage with followers, and identify opportunities to grow the community.
Updating and maintaining the WRISE website, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness for visitors.
Marketing Management
Oversee the development and execution of WRISE’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key tasks include:
Creating and maintaining a marketing schedule, outlining campaign timelines and deliverables.
Conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and messaging.
Coordinating with external partners to collect marketing materials, and collaborative content.
Planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to support WRISE events, initiatives, and goals.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in marketing, communications, or related consulting work
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Graphic design skills familiarity with Adobe, Canva,
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
Familiarity with MailChimp
