Junior Localization Engineer (f/d/m)
At Altagram, we are looking for a talented part-time Junior Localization Engineer to join our APAC team. In this role, you will support the project management team by analyzing and preparing localization kits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize industry-standard tools such as memoQ and Plunet, while working remotely within the APAC time zone. YOUR ROLE Conduct thorough analysis and preparation of diverse source files and formats tooptimizelocalization project workflows. Partner with various teams to enhance their workflows,assistingwith repetitive and specialized tasks to improve overall efficiency. Activelyparticipatein internal calls to provide support tolocalization engineers andproject managers,ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Offer comprehensiveassistanceto the entire team inutilizingour tools and resolving any technical challenges that may arise. Experiencein localization processesorlocalization engineering. General knowledgeof localization tools,advantage if experience inmemoQ, ensuring efficient project execution. A solid grasp of regular expressions is essential for this role,facilitatingprecise text manipulation and localization. Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in Englishare required toconvey ideas clearly and effectively. A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to solve problems and make decisive decisions autonomously. A minimum of1year of experienceinLocalization. Familiarity with standard software, particularly MS Office, with a focus on Excel for data management and analysis. Familiarity with the principles of internationalization and globalization, enhancing the ability to work in diverse markets.
