We are currently seeking a Junior IT Specialist to deliver technical support and assistance to our clients in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and software...

The optimal candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated and has a strong technical background, as well as a desire to advance in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

Offer remote technical support to clients regarding IT issues, such as software installation, troubleshooting, and system configurations.

Assist in the maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to guarantee optimal security and performance.

Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.

Configure and install software applications and updates as necessary.

Engage in collaborative efforts with senior IT specialists to resolve intricate technical issues and implement efficient IT solutions.

Accurately document and preserve records of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Continue to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in order to support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently residing in the United States with eligibility to work in the US.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proficient in software applications, networks, and information technology systems.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.

Expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other prevalent IT platforms.

Effective communication abilities, including both written and verbal.

Capacity to function both independently and collaboratively.

Prior experience in an IT support or related discipline is advantageous.
