Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.Direct outreach to passive candidates to build a talent pipeline Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.Assist HR Manager in developing, implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.Collaborate with a diverse, international team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.QualificationsRequirements:Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken), capable of conducting recruitment and training in these languages.Skills:Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing candidates and implementing HR strategies.High level of self-motivation and ability to work flexible hours when necessary.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online training tools.Experience in creating and conducting online and in-person training sessions.Knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.Only CVs in English will be considered.Additional InformationIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a developing company with true focus on its people, then Milestone One is the right choice for you.
