Junior Graphic Designer - Sports Media & Content (Remote/Hybrid, Tampa FL)

We’re Headline, a premium sports card and memorabilia brand reshaping the hobby experience. From Fanatics Live to Whatnot, TikTok, and our own Shopify storefront, we’re everywhere fans are watching. The trading card industry has seen a $9 billion surge since 2020, and we’re building the next cultural leader in the space.
We’re known for high-end cards, curated vault experiences, and elite livestream content. We don’t do clutter, we do clean, powerful, and first-to-market design. Now we’re hiring a junior designer to join our creative department and help us scale fast.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Title: Junior Graphic Designer
• Pay: $14/hour
• Type: Part-time (flexible hours, 10–20 hours/week)
• Location: Remote + hybrid (must be able to occasionally work from our Carrollwood location, 15 mins from Downtown Tampa)
• Start Date: ASAP - we’re moving quickly
You’ll work directly under our Creative Director (former Fanatics designer) and be responsible for:
• Designing social media content (IG posts, story templates, YouTube/Fanatics/Whatnot thumbnails)
• Creating layouts for product drops, athlete promos, and sports storytelling
• Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to launch visual campaigns
• Keeping up with sports trends, player highlights, and cultural moments
WHO YOU ARE
• You’re obsessed with sports. You know the culture, the athletes, the hype.
• You’re fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. You don’t need to be taught.
• You’re self-sufficient, resourceful, and able to handle multiple requests at once.
• You have a strong portfolio (even school or freelance work is fine) that shows range and clarity.
• You’re either in school (UT or local) or recently graduated, looking to build real-world experience.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on content for TikTok, YouTube, or sports-related brands.
