The Role
We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who's ready to dive into our fast-paced, hands-on workplace. Reporting to our Creative Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual presence of our brand by creating visually engaging content that speaks to our audience and aligns with our marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Your contributions will include designing innovative emails and graphics, working on our website and third-party storefronts, and supporting our social media and digital campaigns. Success in this role looks like delivering impactful designs that drive engagement and boost brand recognition.
What You'll Do
Design engaging and responsive email layouts for weekly campaigns using Figma and HTML.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand cohesion across all designs.
Assist in updating our website and third-party storefronts like Amazon and Shopify with new product listings, promotions, and content.
Implement design changes based on user feedback and data insights to enhance the user experience.
Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure visual consistency and optimize engagement.
Create and execute A/B tests for online campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for marketing initiatives.
Support our marketing team with graphic design tasks for social media, online ads, and other promotional materials.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
Work closely with the Creative Manager to meet project goals and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator).
Experience with email design and creating responsive layouts.
Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing best practices.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Strong communication skills and an openness to feedback.
