This job opening will be a good fit for those who are just at the beginning of their game design journey and want to gain real-life experience working in production in a team of seasoned professionals.
What You Will Do
• Take part in core gameplay improvement: game cycles, progression, and onboarding
• Prepare design documentation: short PRDs, feature descriptions, balance tables, and game economy notes
• Work on small features and events and refine them (daily and other missions, boosters, offers, and limited-time modes)
• Assist with Live Ops: planning, setting up events and content updates and offering QA for them
• Analyze player behavior (funnels, retention, engagement, and monetization) and share improvement ideas
• Study our and competitor games and write down your insights and conclusions
• Cooperate with product managers, analytics, QA, artists, and developers during regular releases

• Knowledge of product metrics, funnels, and economy basics
