Junior Fitness & Nutrition Coach (Client Support, Remote) - Contract to Hire
About the role We’re hiring a Junior Coach to manage day-to-day support in client chat threads. You’ll handle consistent check-ins, adherence support, and keeping conversations moving, using our coaching framework and templates so clients get a consistent experience. Anything that needs a plan change or higher judgement will be escalated for review. What you will do (day to day) Manage assigned client chat threads on WhatsApp Do a few check-ins per client per day (short touchpoints) Review client updates (meals, steps, training, weight, photos if shared) Provide adherence support in our style: Reinforce what they did well Flag what is off-plan clearly and kindly Give 1–2 simple corrective actions from our playbook Escalate edge cases for review (travel, stalls, injuries, confusion, repeated low adherence) Plan creation (later) You will not create plans initially. You will first: Learn our frameworks by observing and practicing Start drafting plans later once trained All plan work will be reviewed before it goes to clients Who we’re looking for Most important Low ego, high sincerity toward client success Coachable, consistent, and happy to follow a proven system Must-have Background/interest in fitness and nutrition (non-negotiable) Strong written English communication Great client tone (warm, crisp, firm when needed) High attention to detail and consistency Comfort with repetitive, daily chat-based coaching with direct client interaction and guidance Integrity and reliability long-term Nice to have Prior coaching / habit coaching / customer support experience Familiarity with calories/macros and basic strength training (certifications in fitness/nutrition related topics particularly valued) Work setup Remote role Flexible hours, as long as client threads are fully managed and check-ins are consistent Long-term role Compensation, progression, and expectations Base compensation (Junior Coach) INR 700 per client per month. Eg for 30 clients = 21K INR (233$) per month ie 2800$/yFor 60 clients 42k INR 466$ per month or 5600$/y. For 80 clients 622$ per month Ie 7500$/y. + End of year bonus and promotions. You will start with 2–4 client threads during the initial training period After training, we expect you to take on ~10 client threads If quality is strong and the threads are consistently managed, we will ramp you up to ~30 client threads fairly rapidly. Medium term, we expect to cap overall client volume at ~60–80 total clients across the program, and we prioritize quality over volume Client service expectation is 10/10, no less.
