We are quickly expanding our horizons and are seeking talented team members to join us on our journey to transform the global capital markets.Who You AreWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Financial Operations Specialist to join our growing Payment Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial workflows and supporting the operational integrity of payments, disputes, and disbursements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling sensitive financial data in a regulated environment.What You’ll DoExecute core operational processes including:Dispute management and trackingRefunds processing and executionDisbursement processingFinancial reconciliation tasksCollect and analyze transaction and operational data to support reporting and identify process improvementsMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, compliance, and financeUse internal tools (e.g., Monday.com CRM) to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues when necessaryAssist with audits and regulatory reporting as neededAssist in the identification and implementation of new AI tools and resources to further automate daily tasksWhat Skills You Need1–2 years of experience in financial operations, banking, fintech, or a related field (preferred but not required for the right candidate)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulas)Experience with workflow or CRM tools such as Monday.com or similarWorking knowledge of banking and securities terminologyStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to take direction, learn quickly, and troubleshoot issues independently using available tools and resourcesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
