Junior Financial Advisor
Oak Capital Management, LLC is seeking a driven and resilient Junior Financial Advisor to join an established practice led by a senior advisor. This role involves supporting existing client relationships, participating in joint meetings, and developing new client relationships while building your own book of business. Responsibilities Support and service existing client relationships alongside the senior advisor Participate in joint work meetings and weekly team strategy sessions Assist in financial planning, portfolio reviews, and client communications Prospect for and develop new client relationships Gradually build and manage your own client base Maintain compliance standards Work toward increasing production annually (target growth: 10ā20%) Skills Prior experience in financial services Has demonstrated some success but seeking stronger mentorship and structure Active licenses required: Series 7, Series 66 Willingness to pursue CFPĀ® certification Clean background and strong professional ethics Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented Benefits 401(k) with employer match + profit sharing Cash Balance Plan (employer-funded only; 3-year vesting schedule) Company Overview Our firm is committed to establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with individuals, families, and businesses who need and value collaborative financial advice.
