We are a fast-growing consulting, branding, and marketing agency expanding our design team.
We are not simply looking for freelancers for short-term tasks. Our goal is to build a long-term team and train designers in our method of working with clinics and healthcare brands around the world. We want people who are excited to grow with us and become part of a team that aims to reach the top of the market.
This position starts with a test assignment. From all applicants, we will select three candidates who will work with us for a one-month trial period.
For us, experience is less important than a strong sense of design, creativity, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
If you pass the test and are selected, you will work with our team for one month. If the collaboration goes well, we will continue working together on terms that are beneficial for both sides.

Requirements
• Portfolio with at least 5 design projects
• Conversational English
• Potential to transition to an in-house role in the future
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AI, Figma
• Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines — we value time above everything
Test Assignment
The test task will take approximately 1 hour of your time.
Compensation
The first month trial period will be paid $500 for the three selected candidates.
