• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Assist in the development of support materials and documentation for clients.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
