This role is perfect for those looking to make a meaningful contribution while working from anywhere! Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (Your Impact) 1. Lesson Creation & Innovation Develop engaging, structured, and interactive lesson plans for English and Writing programmes. Regularly update and improve curriculum materials based on student progress, teacher feedback, and educational trends. Maintain quality of curriculum content in clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Ensure lessons are error-free, high-quality, and aligned with academic objectives 2. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with the curriculum team to develop lesson content. Contribute to special projects such as teacher training materials, workshops, and curriculum innovation initiatives. Support business initiatives (as needed), including trial lessons and marketing materials that drive student enrollment 3. Teaching & Student Engagement Conduct 5 online classes weekly according to prepared protocols & worksheets, fostering a dynamic learning experience. Maintain quality of teaching and marking standards, as required. Expected Outcomes ✅ High-Quality Curriculum Delivery : Ensure all lesson materials are error-free, well-structured, and effective, resulting in improved student performance and engagement ✅ Innovative and Engaging Content : Contribute to curriculum innovation by introducing fresh ideas and creative lesson experiences ✅ Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Work seamlessly with the curriculum team to meet project deadlines and refine curriculum materials. ✅ Effective Class Instruction – Deliver engaging and impactful online classes, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student growth What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate) Skills & Experience = Minimum 1 year of experience in Curriculum writing/E ducational content development Minimum 2 years of experience in English teaching Strong proficiency in English language and writing skills Experience in online teaching and creating engaging lesson plans is a plus Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office Strong collaboration skills for working with remote teams Key Attributes ✔ Self-motivated & proactive – Able to work independently in a remote setting. ✔ Adaptable & resourceful – Open to feedback and willing to refine materials based on data and insights. ✔ Meticulous & organised – Ensures clarity, accuracy, and consistency in curriculum content. ✔ Strong communicator – Works well with a remote team and contributes actively.
