Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast, organized, highly detail-oriented, yet flexible go-getter who identifies new opportunities to create impactful work. This is a role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and we work hybrid so we are coming to the office in Colegiales, Capital Federal. Key Responsibilities Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Work on content calendars -along with the social strategist- and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts. Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities. Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis. Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights. Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Analyze the conversation around the brand daily. Analyze brand performance (analytical skills essential) to drive effective results for client KPIs. Cover brand related events in real-time. Background & Skills 1+ years of experience in Community Management. Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics. Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports. Knowledge in managing CMS’s. Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent writing skills. Desirable Passionate about the entertainment industry.
