Junior CMS Admin - REMOTE
Genesis10 is seeking a Content Entry Specialist for a 6- month remote contract position with a client that has been ranked as "One of the Best Places to Work"
This role is available immediately and for W2 candidates only.
Our target pay rate is $20 - $25 per hour W2.
Ideally looking for Pimcore CMS but any CMS experience will be accepted.
Responsibilities:
Ā Enter and update content in the Pimcore platform for various websites.
Ā Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and formatted correctly.
Ā Collaborate with the project team including PM, marketing ops, developer, graphic designer and brand leads to understand content requirements and priorities.
Ā Partner with web/UX designers to ensure compliance with established page layouts.
Ā Organize and manage digital assets within Pimcore, ensuring they are properly tagged and categorized.
Ā Manage meta data for assets to meet AD compliance standards.
Ā Perform quality checks to ensure content is displayed correctly across different devices and browsers.
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues within Pimcore.
Ā Quality assurance testing of website front-end.
Ā Follow established workflows and guidelines for content entry and management.
Ā Maintain content tracker to support visibility of progress.
Ā Assist in the creation and maintenance of content templates and structures within Pimcore.
Requirements:
Ā 2-4 Years proven experience with content entry and management in Pimcore or similar php CMS platforms.
Ā Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Ā Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Familiarity with digital asset management and content workflows.
Ā Ability to troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues.
Ā Previous experience working in a remote or freelance capacity.
