Junior Accountant - Brand Payments

• This is a remote position
• As our Brand Payments Specialist, you'll be pivotal in performing invoice and cash collection analysis
• Preparing detailed reports
• Maintaining regular communication with our brand partners

Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, adept at negotiation and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Sumif, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Experience in finance, accounting, and customer-facing roles preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Working hours: US Pacific time 9:00am to 5:00pm (Manila graveyard shift)
