Jr. Product Owner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our dynamic product support team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead product owner, developers, GTM, and stakeholders to help define and deliver high-quality digital products. • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Support Lead PO with assessment and translation of business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Triage and manage incoming bugs, feature requests, and support tickets from internal teams and customers.
• Partner with QA and development teams to reproduce, document, and prioritize issues.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts across teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support lead PO in responsibilities around clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, engineering, Operations, Pricing, GTM, etc.
• Plan and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing to validate features spanning across a multi-platform ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery
