Using these skills will empower you to lead clients through their loan package submission in a timely, friendly and efficient way while also coordinating with the processing and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless and streamlined experience for clients and their real estate agents.
What You'll Do:
Leveraging referrals from our partner agents, you will build long term relationships
Utilize CRM to manage lead pipeline hitting conversion metrics from prospect to close
Meet with clients to gain an understanding of their financial goals and challenges
Recommend loan products to fit their goals and our lending guidelines
Maintain a current knowledge of our loan products and regulations
Gain a thorough understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
Work with the client, processors, underwriters and operations team to expedite the process and ensure a smooth and timely closing
Utilize professional and practical judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good credit opportunities for the organization, and which are high risk.
Skills You Have:
1-2 years of mortgage lending experience.
Currently licensed under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or willing to become licensed.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Enjoys working with people and providing stellar client experience.
Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers.
Experience as a buyer of real property is helpful.
Bachelor's degree in Business preferred but not required.
Pay: 18 per hour plus per file bonus.
