The Jr Controller will manage and execute financial records, assist in budget preparation, and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reviewing reconciled accounts, analyzing financial statements, supporting with FP&A team, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient financial operations. The role also involves maintaining compliance with accounting standards and contributing to process improvements. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis • Proficiency in Accounting Principles, General Ledger, and Accounts Reconciliation • Experience with Financial Systems and ERP software • At least one (1) year of audit experience • Ability to manage Data Analysis and translate financial information into actionable insights • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and techniques • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and basic understanding of startup financial needs Compensation & Benefits As this is an entry level role, compensation is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience. Compensation is comprised of base plus bonus, based on company performance. Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 with annual bonus ranging 10-30% of base. Firm pays 100% of medical, vision, and dental Gold Plan. Firm offers unlimited PTO after initial 90 day probationary period.
