Responsibilities
Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Jr. Contracts Specialist to work for our company.
Summary
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)Responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager in the administration, review, and coordination of company contracts.Assist with contract documentation, compliance tracking, and agreement processing, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, 1099 independent contractor agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract (SubK) agreementsProvides foundational experience in contract lifecycle management within a government contracting environment.
Requirements

Preferences
Basic understanding of contract terminology and contract lifecycle processes is preferredExperience assisting with NDAs, 1099 agreements, subcontract agreements, or similar contractual documents is preferredExperience supporting federal contracts or government subcontracting environmentsFamiliarity with FAR/DFARS principlesExperience maintaining contract tracking logs and documentation systems
