Overview
Swoon is partnering with a global leader in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry to hire an Entry-Level Business Operations Specialist.
This role is heavily focused on data entry, operational tracking, reporting, and administrative support within a plant-based manufacturing environment.
This is a strong opportunity for recent graduates or junior professionals seeking hands-on experience in supply chain and operations.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Enter and maintain operational data in Excel and internal systems
β’ Track budget-related data and project metrics
β’ Support planning teams with documentation and reporting
β’ Organize and maintain business process files
β’ Assist with reviewing cost and operational documents
β’ Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Required Skills
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry and basic analysis)
β’ Strong attention to detail
β’ Organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
β’ 0β2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted)
β’ Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
