In this role, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Guest Services:
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs
• Address guest concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage guest reviews and feedback, striving for positive guest satisfaction.
• Channel Management:
• Manage and maintain multiple Airbnb and other channel listings for various properties.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date property information, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
• Monitor and adjust listings to optimize search ranking and visibility on the Airbnb platform.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize property occupancy.

Financial Management:
• Establish and manage rental rates, security deposits, and payment schedules.
• Handle rental agreements, contracts, and lease terms.
• Track rental income and expenses, maintain financial records, and report to property owners regularly.
• Ensure timely collection of rental payments and handle any billing or invoicing issues.

Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and financial transactions.
• Generate regular reports on property performance, revenue, and occupancy metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure the Channel manager is working as it is supposed to work.
• Collaborate with property owners or property management companies to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guest arrivals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
