As a Virtual Intervention Specialist, youÂll have the unique opportunity to provide personalized support and interventions to students in OhioÂall from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
 Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify students academic strengths and areas for improvement.
 Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students academic, social, and emotional development.
 Provide direct intervention services through teletherapy platforms, using evidence-based practices and strategies.
 Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
 Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the creation and implementation of student goals and accommodations.
 Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
 BachelorÂs or MasterÂs degree in Special Education or a related field.
 Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist.
 Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
 Strong understanding of educational interventions and strategies to support students with disabilities.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
 Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.

 BachelorÂs or MasterÂs degree in Special Education or a related field.
