 Precisely enter data into the QuickClaim system while working with a continuous flow of images.
 Classify document types based on the documentation provided.
 Review and confirm that the data entered meets or surpasses established quality benchmarks.
 Uphold the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 Collaborate professionally with team members as necessary.
 Propose enhancements to improve job processes.
 Complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
 Undertake additional basic office duties as required.
Required Skills
 Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
 Strong multitasking abilities and efficient work practices.
 Exceptional attention to detail and focus.
 Quick learning capability with the ability to follow complex instructions.
 Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
 Proficient in reading and speaking English.
