A new position has opened up at workwarp for a QA Lead! This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our Remote office. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. A salary of a competitive salary is offered, reflecting your skills and experience. Â Â Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a QA Lead with UKG WFM Pro expertise to join their team for a remote 9-month contract.
Please note: this is a W-2 contract (we cannot employ C2C).
Responsibilities:
Lead QA Efforts:
 Oversee testing for UKG Pro WFM projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
 Define testing strategies and mentor QA team members.
Plan and Execute Tests:
 Create and run test plans, test cases, and scripts.
 Use Test Assure and other tools to perform manual and automated testing.
Validate UKG Configurations:
 Ensure UKG configurations meet client needs.
 Test integrations, workflows, and data flows end-to-end.
Manage Defects:
 Identify and document issues, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Improve Processes:
 Stay updated on QA best practices and UKG updates.
 Recommend and implement ways to improve QA processes.
Requirements:
 Experience: 5-7+ years in quality assurance, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems.
 Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Test Assure and other testing tools.
 Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UKG configuration, workflows, and customizations.
 Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues.
 Certifications: Preferred certifications in QA or UKG Pro WFM tools.
