Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field
- 5 years Healthcare and/or business experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experiences with progressively increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, business planning, and/or analysis experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field
- PMI Certification
- Coursework/Training in facilitation of diverse groups
- Lean/Six Sigma training
- Within 1 year of hire Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
- 3 years Operating as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization
- 3 years Change management, facilitation, and project management experience with complex multi-regional initiatives involving a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests
