We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this part-time role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, manage onboarding, training, and handle various HR tasks. This position offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven project while supporting our growth and vision.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding and training processes, and handle various HR-related tasks to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for our team members.
Working closely with our international leadership team, you will play a key role in executing recruitment strategies and providing HR support.
While most tasks can be completed during your regular daytime hours, occasional evening availability will be required for meetings. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven project while supporting our growth and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Execution
 Develop and post job advertisements on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
 Source and engage candidates through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
 Review applications and resumes to shortlist top candidates based on set criteria.
Interview and Evaluation
 Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
 Provide comprehensive interview feedback and recommendations to the leadership team.
 Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
 Support the development and refinement of candidate assessment frameworks and hiring strategies to ensure effective selection processes.
 Help optimize recruitment practices for better efficiency and outcomes.
Onboarding and Employee Integration
 Plan and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are prepared with the necessary tools and information.
 Facilitate training sessions to familiarize new team members with the company culture and their role expectations.
 Act as a primary contact for new hires during their first 90 days, addressing their challenges, concerns, and answering questions.
HR Operation Support
 Assist with payroll calculations for part-time and contract workers.
 Manage performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and develop strategies for effective incentive and compensation programs.
 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
Background Requirements
Experience and Skills
 Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably working with remote or international teams.
 Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
 Familiarity with Christian values and workplace culture, ensuring alignment with our mission.
 Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and basic HR software.
Core Competencies
 Self-motivated and proactive with strong time management skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings to collaborate with a global team.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in onboarding and training new hires.
 Prior involvement with faith-based organizations or Christian communities.
Compensation and Work Hours
 Hourly Rate: $20Â$40 per hour, adjusted based on performance and task completion.
 Work Hours: Approximately 5-20 hours per week. Most tasks can be completed during your daytime hours, with occasional evening availability required for team meetings.
