This role is perfect for someone who can manage live chat support using their mobile phone, making it easy to balance this job with other responsibilities. The key requirement is to maintain a fast response time and be available from early morning to late evening London time.

Responsibilities:

Live Chat Management: Respond promptly to messages from potential members on Telegram.

Onboarding Support: Guide new members through the joining process, answer their questions, and provide detailed information about the community benefits.

Member Assistance: Offer ongoing support to existing members as needed.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in English are essential.

Responsiveness: Must be able to reply to messages quickly and be available from early morning to late evening London time.
