We are looking for a team player, self-starter, entrepreneur, and coach who has a strong commitment to values, dedication to serving, and immense desire to succeed!
Both full and part-time sales and team management positions are available.
Job Details: Â Full- Time or Part-Time- Commission ONLY
This is a special position for licensed life insurance agents that have experience and can speak to clients who have scheduled an appointment to speak with you.
 We Train You.
Great training upfront with no "Micro-managing"
Great clientele base that is ready for purchase and has set an appointment to discuss.
Responsibilities:
 Provide excellent customer service
 Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
 Generate new business through our leads and referrals
 Cross-sell existing customers with other agency products
 Process payments and service pre-existing policies
 Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple
Requirements:
 A Life Insurance License with at least one year of experience preferred
 Excellent customer service skills
 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
 Must be motivated and must be able to control your own schedule. No quotas! You must have E&O coverage.
 MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES
If you are a good fit, you will be exposed to a new way of doing business where the clients ask to be contacted because Asurea invests in its agents.
Imagine having customers who have scheduled an appointment to speak with you exclusively every day to discuss a product purchase.
