Qualifications Substitute Missouri Teacher Certification (minimum) Missouri Teacher certification- Elementary 1-6 preferred Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred Compensation and Benefits The starting hourly rate is $15.37 (sub certified) or $16.62 (teacher certified) depending on education, certification and experience.
