– Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

– Expedite the correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution

– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

– Document all interactions and resolutions in the customer service system
