Consult with Stakeholders: Conduct virtual consultations with parents, guardians, and colleagues to discuss progress and strategies for enhancement.
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all special education documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
Engage in Professional Development: Participate in training and resources to refine teaching strategies and stay informed about the latest in special education.
Qualifications
Education: MasterÂs degree in Special Education or a related field.
Certification: Valid teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement.
Experience: At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience in special education.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using educational technology and virtual learning platforms.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
IEP Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
