Job Overview We are seeking experienced and entry-level Autism/ABA Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Northglenn, CO. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role, and our competitive compensation package includes a starting hourly rate of $20/hour, paid training, and the opportunity to earn up to $4,000 in incentive bonuses per year. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting 1-year ABA Experience (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting) Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients Preferred Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families University Partnerships, Supervision, Practicum, and Mentoring for aspiring BCBA's Tuition discount with our Partners Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Key Autism Services, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
