This remote position is designed for motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills who are committed to providing quality customer service and can handle patient inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. The role requires working PST hours while residing in CST, MST, or PST time zones.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently process a large volume of patient calls regarding healthcare services, billing issues, and general inquiries.

• Ensure all call center metrics are met, striving consistently to exceed them.

• Understand our offerings inside-out to resolve patient inquiries and promote healthcare solutions.

Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of solid call center experience.
