Our client, an innovative technology research company, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to provide support to one of thier buseist HR executives! The ideal candidate is a dedicated administrative support professional who can learn quickly. An eye for details is a must!
About You:
 Bachelor's degree is required
 2+ years of human resources experience or administrative support experience
 An expert eye for details with a natural ability to stay organized
 Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
 Experience working in an HRIS system, WorkDay experience is a plus!
Day to Day
 Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner in the areas of recruitment, payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance and employee relations
 Assit with special HR projects as needed by identifying gaps in workflow and creating organized procedures
 Maintain organization by ensuring employee records are accurate, HR paperwork is organized and compliance documentation is filed
 Attend all HR related meetings and provide updates as needed
 Schdule associaetd meetings, events and conferences
This contract position is paying up to $30.00/hour depending on experience and is slated to last at least 6 months. This position will report into the organization's Conshochoken office on a hybrid basis.
