- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system. Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and contribute to process improvements.
- **Sales Support:** Assist in upselling products and services that meet clients' needs, thereby contributing to business growth while ensuring the clients best interests are prioritized.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement. Act on this feedback to enhance service delivery continuously.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and managers to develop and implement best practices in client service. Participate in team meetings, sharing new ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to inform management decisions.
### **Requirements**
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented or sales environment.
- **Education:** BachelorÂs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as required.
- **Personality Traits:**
