The Role
┬Ľ W-2 part-time position: 20 hours per week made up of at least 10 clinical sessions, 3 meetings, and other responsibilities (clinical documentation, etc.)

┬Ľ 100% remote
┬Ľ Customizable caseload within parameters
┬Ľ Create your own schedule within parameters. A majority of your clinical sessions need to be 2pm and after in order to meet the needs of children and families.
┬Ľ Provide ongoing individual... therapy through video-based telehealth sessions to children ages 0-14 years old, as well as family therapy
┬Ľ Provide evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
┬Ľ Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using the Little Otter platform
┬Ľ Be part of our collaborative clinical team through participating in weekly consultation meetings, team meetings and individual meetings with your clinical manager
┬Ľ Additional duties as assigned

About You
┬Ľ Must Hold active CALIFORNIA licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist
┬Ľ Experience providing telehealth therapy to children 0-14 and families
┬Ľ Experience delivering evidence-based practices
┬Ľ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
┬Ľ Proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs)
┬Ľ Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
┬Ľ Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!

Total compensation range: $35,000 - $73,000 annually

You receive a base salary plus have the opportunity to earn incentive pay through our customizable caseloads.
┬Ľ Base Salary: $35,000 - 45,000 annually
┬Ľ Base salary is paid twice per month
┬Ľ Base salary is determined by years of experience, certifications in EBPs, clinical skills, and location
┬Ľ Minimum expectation of an average of 10 completed sessions per week
┬Ľ PLUS Incentive Pay that provides opportunity to earn an additional $10,000 - $28,000 annually
┬Ľ $80/session for each session over the minimum quarterly goal
┬Ľ Quarterly goal is based on maintaining an average of 10 completed sessions per week
