As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian). You'll work closely with our clients to resolve routine problems and ensure their journey runs smoothly. **Key Responsibilities** As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing great customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat * Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly * Collaborating with our clients to resolve routine problems and improve their experience * Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to our clients **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) * A good command of English, as we handle both Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets * Passion and interest in customer service!
