About the Role:
In this critical frontline position, you'll be the primary point of contact for our premium card members, delivering world-class customer service in a high-volume, in-bound travel call servicing environment. Your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to:
Design unique travel and lifestyle experiences, expertly booking cruises, custom vacations, hotels, flights, and transportation arrangements worldwide
Build long-lasting relationships through exceptional listening and communication skills
Network with destination and supplier partners to provide extraordinary, perfectly implemented experiences
Communicate new and existing product offerings, value propositions, and Membership benefits to Card Members
Embark on a journey of continuous learning and growth, with industry-leading training and ongoing coaching
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 1 year of cruise, custom vacations, or agency experience
Proficient understanding of world geography and emerging travel destinations
Resilience, composure, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and technical skills
Natural communication and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
