Job Description:
As a Facilities Operations Specialist at Disney, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to address maintenance issues, managing budgets, and implementing facility improvements. You will be expected to maintain Disney's high standards and contribute to the magic by ensuring all operational aspects of our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the daily operations of Disney facilities, ensuring they meet health, safety, and environmental standards
Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement
Managing and coordinating maintenance and repair work, and supervising contractors
Developing and managing annual budgets for facility operations, including forecasting and allocating resources effectively
Implementing energy-saving measures and sustainability practices within facility operations
Collaborating with various departments to align facility management with overall business objectives
Utilizing technology and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility management

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in facility operations or management, preferably within a large, diverse organization
Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software, ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports
