Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois Were seeking a skilled Virtual Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals serving school-aged children. Youll use engaging teletherapy techniques to help students develop the skills necessary for success in learning, play, and daily tasks. Collaborating with teachers and families, youll monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. This role offers flexibility, fulfillment, and the chance to make a meaningful difference without the daily commute. Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers Qualifications: • Master's degree in a related field • Current Illinois licensure • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted Highlights: • 1099 Position • Guaranteed Weekly Hours • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget) • School hours • Clinical/Technical Team on standby Step into a rewarding virtual role as a School-Based Occupational Therapist and bring your expertise to students across the country.
