Key Responsibilities:
Follow and teach lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, adapting instruction to meet the needs of students with special needs
Instruct based on subject and grade-specific curriculum, using a range of teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning
Monitor and assess student achievements and outcomes, providing feedback and support to students and teachers
Exercise classroom and behavior management skills, creating a safe and respectful learning environment for all students
Share your specialized knowledge to coach staff and support special education students, contributing to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
