We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Special Education EBD Teacher - 1.0 LTS to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Long Term Substitute, you will play a vital role in driving student success and making a lasting impact on the lives of our students. This is a full-time position, available from approximately November 22, 2023, to February 12, 2024, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Current Minnesota license in Special Education - EBD required
Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable
Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development and a passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
Strong knowledge of subject matter, classroom management techniques, and current researched best practices and strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff to focus on the needs of the learner and promote a respectful and inclusive environment
